Delete Account

We value your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you wish to delete your account, you can do so directly within the MatriMantra mobile application or by contacting our support team.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

• Open the MatriMantra mobile app.
• Go to your Profile tab (User icon).
• Tap on the Menu icon (top right corner).
• Select Delete Profile from the options.
• Confirm your choice to permanently delete your account.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

Deleting your account is a permanent action. Once completed:

• Your profile will be permanently removed from MatriMantra.
• All your photos, messages, matches, and preferences will be erased.
• You will lose any remaining subscription benefits.
• You will not be able to recover your account.

Request Deletion via Email

If you no longer have access to the app or encounter any issues, you can request account deletion by emailing us. Please send the request from the email address associated with your account.

Data Retention

In some cases, we may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention), in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
